A Writer’s Gotta Do What A Writer’s Got To Do

I found this in one of Kate’s notebooks.

Not everybody has a vision of romance. I’m only 8 years old and I’m writing this book (actually writing it!). I know you must be like “That’s just WEIRD,” but I just don’t think that’s nice. So, just BACK OFF, people! Seriosly, you’re not the one writing this book! (sorry!) this is what MY Drawings are about: Now, let’s ACUILY start the book.

Owen Turns 12!

Incredibly enough my children keep getting older, and this guy is no exception. I can’t believe my baby dumpling is 12.

Owen is the most caring, supportive kid I know. He doesn’t hesitate to help someone if someone needs help. He is a great friend to all kinds of people, and although he doesn’t have a ton of friends, he has a few really close ones. He loves to tell jokes, read, pester his sister and be really active.

In addition to the “classic” gifts: clothes, books, a few toys, we got him a big present: a drum set.
